Han Ji Min is a South Korean actress and model under BH Entertainment. While she was still in high school in 1999, she was a model who appeared in commercials and music videos before gaining wider attention in 2003 and appearing in hit Korean television dramas "All In" and "Dae Jang Geum". She studied at Seoul Women’s University. Han also starred in Resurrection with a breakthrough performance that earned her the KBS Best New Actress award. She is currently a spokeswoman for Stila Cosmetics.

She also won the Best Dresser Award for the 2007 MBC Acting Awards. Han won the 2018 Blue Dragon Best Actress Award for her portrayal of an ex-convict whose life is changed by a little girl in the movie Miss Baek.

Han Ji Min is also known for her volunteer work. In 2009, Han Ji Min published a book titled “We’re Already Friends: Han Ji Min’s Philippines Donation Book” that included stories and drawings detailing her experience of when she volunteered in a Philippine mountain village school.

In 2006, a car accident that happened on the set of Wolf caused serious injured to Han and her co-star Eric Mun. This caused the drama to be repeatedly delayed and a decision was made to just discontinue the show leaving only the three episodes that already aired.
